Finifox — Product didn't receive after paying

Hi, this is sharath padiyath, i have ordered 2 shirts from finifox fashion and also paid the orders in full as they said due to covid they won’t accept cash on delivery. Now it’s been more 14 days. I have not received the item and also no messages or email from them. Please look into this issue as this can be a proper fraud game. 49932 is my order number which was provided and charged through my citibank for rs. 669. Request you to investigate immediately as this is a trap.
