Finozen — refund failed since last 4 months

Once i invested money in reliance liquid mutual funds via finozen.
In month of december i applied for redemption of rs.1, 500/-.
On the server of finozen, it shows that the money has been sent to me successfully.
But not yet received on my registered bank account.
Then i received an cheque of the same amount to my address.
The cheque was rejected by the bank.
My money is deducted from finozen and not yet received to me.
