First Flight Couriers — consignment delivered very late despite writing most urgent.

Dear sir, my consignment which i sent from dehradun to bengaluru on 7th december 2018, under the tag “most urgent” was supposed to be delivered by 11th. The same has reached the destination on 15th december. Now the person who was supposed to receive it has already left on 15th morning. Consignment sent by air and also by writing most urgent has still taken 8-9 days which is not acceptable. Items in the parcel were urgent n now the whole exercise seems futile. Pls look into the matter.
