I booked a courier on 5th nov from ghaziabad to get delivered to pune using first flight services and i am continuously tracking it still it is not yet delivered to destination despite it shows that parcel has been reached some pune office. Courier not yet delivered even after 7days, consignment no: w991b3922143 Worst service by first flight, no valid customer care who can assist. One idiot from first flight courier was taking round around my apartment but did not bother to call me and confirm the location . he just called and said I am coming in sometime. and its been two days he has not yet reached. customer care don't bother to take call.
