I have send a Consignment having no. J991M5386408 from Lucknow to Noida at sector 24, Girls Hostel, FDDI on 05.01.2017 to my daughter, but it has not delivered as yet. I have approached to the mobile nos of customer care provided by your outlet, but no body picked up my call. the consignment is very urgent. please look into the matter and deliver it as soon as possible.
