Hi, My brother sent an important document from Canada using FirstFlight couriers. Below are the details: DateSent: 8th July 2018 AirwayBillNo: CAN007051 CN: D[protected] On 16th July 2018 I got SMS stating "CN:D[protected] is delivered to Avinash on 16/07/2018 12:20". I have no clue to whom it is delivered but I have not received it. And now its status online is showing delivered. I tried calling almost all customer service numbers but none of them is going through[protected]/39546666/39576666/62686666/[protected]. I have sent them a mail on [protected]@firstflight.net 3 times but have not received any reply. Please help. It is a very important legal document.
