First Flight Couriers — courier not delivered saying insufficient address | |||
Hi, The courier with bill no. B903z5573370 belongs to pan delivery of my mother. This is not delivered by first flight courier even though the address and the mobile# is correctly mentioned in the pan application. I visited myself the first flight kuvempunagar office saw the address and no. Correctly mentioned in first flight courier office's desktop application. They have not made any calls to the mobile# given in the pan which is correct. Had he called us we could have guided him to correct address for delivering the courier with pan. And also, the first flight courier office / delivery team have not made checks and have returned the courier with pan mentioning in their system as insufficient address. This is highly disgusting where you have all the information but still the product is not delivered. How can this happen, when both address and mobile are valid, they have rejected straight away the courier without delivering. I have been long waiting for this pan courier so that i can get a savings bank account created, but it has not returned as expected which is disgusting service from the first flight courier.
