I tracked my courier using the Consignment No and got to know that the product is delivered to Chandan nagar Pune Branch and is pending there because of incomplete address. I tried contacting customer care multiple times and after that it got connected and then too no one gave me clear status, putting my call on hold and then disconnecting. Somehow, it got connected and I got to know the same thing which I saw in status and then the representative gave me contact no for chandannagar branch. No one was receiving the call on this number.
I want to know that why no one (sender or reciever) got a message if the address was incomplete.
This is really irritating the customer is waiting for the product to be delivered and there is no update from your end at all.
