First Flight Couriers — did not deliver the package at my home instead asked us to come to pick it up

I just wanted to know i[censored] guys do this to all the customers. You just call them and ask them to take away their courier saying that u won't deliver it to your place and my mom had to go after 10 days as they said they won't deliver and this was i guess the second time this happened. When my mom went there he just said it didn't have the full address which was not true!

Highly unsatisfactory service.. Do respond
