[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Dispatch of Parcel - Consignment Number R[protected] | |||
This in reference with my Consignment No. R[protected] (Attached is the Courier Receipt). I have couriered my parcel containing some important documents on 19th December, 2014 from Udaipur to Hyderabad from First Flight Courier Service and was assured by the Courier person that the parcel will reach its destination on 22nd December, 2014. While tracking the parcel from the site, the information always shows that the parcel is still in Udaipur. After enquiring with the first flight courier service team several times, I didn't received the satisfactory answer. Today, I came to know that the parcel has been dispatched to a wrong address/misplaced. I tried to contact First Flight Corporate & Regional Head Offices many times but none of the officials picks up the call. I have even spoke to Rajasthan Region Head Mr. Subodh regarding the same but again received an unsatisfactory answer. I have even told by First Flight Officials that if you can send the documents again it would be better. It's very unfortunate that these type of services are being given by the courier service, on their website they claim that they achieve zero error in service through high technology. Dec 27, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved After escalating the issue to Rajasthan Region Head, team searched the parcel thoroughly and finally found and delivered the same to the concerned person. But it took nearly 10-12 days in the delivery of the parcel. First Flight Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
