First Flight Couriers — loss of product from courier packet | |||||
Hi, I had couriered two cosmetic items through first flight (Balaji courier & cargo Vasant Kunj ) On 4 July. The courier was sent within New Delhi. But when that courier reached to the client the packet was teared and one item was missing. I talked to the courier boy and they didn’t provide information. First Flight Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 17, 2018 Updated by Diviyadav No it’s not resolved. I have not received any information from that courier agency. Even my client has not received the lost product. Actually that packet was in a very bad condition n one item was lost. | |||||
