First Flight Couriers — Non delivery of item | |||
Sir, I had purchased a Reebok running shoe from Flipkart (order ID: OD[protected]) on 05/04/2014 and the item was shipped through your courier on 05/04/2014( tracking ID: B [protected]). I waited till the last date of delivery on 16/04/2014. I received no information about the item from your side, I informed the matter to the authorities of the Flipkart on 17/04/2014 and they informed me that the order was cancelled and the amount will soon be refunded.Today (23/04/2014) they informed me that the item was delivered to me on 23/04/2014 at 5.55 PM. But I did not receive any item till the time. So I request you to send the details of the delivery and the name of the person who delivered the item and the contact number of your Thiruvananthapuram city branch. After the cancellation of the item I have ordered another one on 17/04/2014 and the item was shipped from Delhi through your courier. This item is also not delivered till the time.
