My docket no. B903Z9551136 of Pan Card No. ABBAS1239A is not received. Your service provider centre at Yavatmal has mentioned that it was delivered on 19 January-2019, though it was not delivered. We personaly visited to this centre on many times, though dispatched message was received on 10 Dec-2018 & it was mentioned that it will be received to centre on 21 Dec-2018, but Sh. Raju Hanwate was not responded. I personaly visited to Yavatmal centre on dated 24 January-2019 & stayed for 2 hrs, Sh. Hanwate informed that we have not delivered your courier & it is with Sh. Prathmesh, (a delivery boy) and assured that it will be delivered by 25 January-2019 but it was didn;t delivered. Now Sh. Hanwate accepted that courier is misplaced from delivery boy & you should submit the document again for reissuing. Due to this we suffer many losses & it cost many more. Mr. Hanwate is arrogant & is not responding to customer. Mr. Hanwate has wrongly mentioned that the courier was delivered on dated 19 January-2019. Due to this name of First Flight Courier getting damaged.
