First Flight Couriers — Not able to contact anyway - quite strange for a courier company like first flight | |||||
The courier not received in time. Booked on 8th aug'16 with promise to deliver in 24 hours from delhi to noida via tracking no. J991m4267458. The courier reached noida on 10th aug'16 at 6:40am in morning and not yet delivered. I am trying to dial the contact number[protected] or[protected] but no one is picking the phone. Sms tracking and email tracking not working and message says try again later. I dialed the corporate no.[protected] and that too no one is picking to my surprise. What sort of customer handling is this? Very very strange and this can happen only in india as there is no penalty of these type of incidences. I have raised this thru email to company and got no response. God help us... Please avoid first flight in all probabilities. This is the worst experience with a branded courier company so far.
