First Flight Couriers — package not delivered

We had sent a parcel from lukcnow to amroha on 24/01/2019, however till date the parcel has not been delivered and as the company has shut down its operations, we are not able to track the consignment. The cost of he consignment is high and we do not want to take the brunt because of negligence of the courier services. Kindly help us out as we feel helpless now and there is no information on the parcel.

The reference no for tracking the parcel as on the consignee copy is - j991z1467825
