[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — pan card delivery issue irresponsible | |||
Pan card delivery is courier company responsibility. First flight courier has not delivered the pan card and said to come and collect and when i went there the pan cards were lieing on there desk and no one was there. It's courier company responsibility to take care of pan card as its confidential information. Who is responsible for this?? If courier company is taking responsibility then it's there duty to deliver us the pan card but very shameful behavior with customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
