i sent 21 parcel for different location in 31/01/2017 from gurugram. 19 parcel delivered but 2 parcel not delivered yet or i have no information of my parcel. first fight executive is manipulate to me. he don't pick my call and give me different excuses. executive ensure that delivery within 4 working days . please help me otherwise i am going in consumercourt againts to firstflight. its Consignment No. which is no delivered.
