I request deliver department not to do like this activity and i want deliver details and i never expected like this activity and warm requested to provide as soon as possible

I have applied for pan card and it was dispatched by the authorities and expected delievery was 18 oct but I have not received yet. On tracking it is showing the consignment is in mahipal pur hub in delhi from 10 oct. The tracking details of consignment are as follows
FFCL AWB M991Q5171580.
Pls help I need pan card urgently
