First Flight Couriers — priority shipment not received till date

I arranged for items to be released for priority shipment delivery from states to singapore since 19 april 2019 but till now the items are not received.

Throughout the duration, there is continuos demands for excess money to cleàr customs, in addition to the what is already paid for the delivery. This is largely due to the courier company's neligence to do checks and inform consignee of the required beforehand. Responses from the courier company were very slow and questions not answered. Despite the extreme slow responses, demmurage charges still can charge to the shipper.
Beware of what is being told by the courier guy as he can say one thing and turn around to mean another.
