First Flight Couriers Pvt Ltd — PAN card not received through FirstFlight Courier Service

Hi, I had applied for re-issue of PAN card through https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/. PAN card was dispatched on 5th August from Mumbai to my Residential Address in Bangalore through First Flight Courier Service. Consignment Number : B991Q1863270 When I did not receive my card, I contacted the First Flight Courier Service Bengaluru's Head Office Customer Care on[protected] on 10th August 2015 and was informed that the consigment was at Kanakpura Branch and there are facing issues such as shortage of delivery boys at that branch, due to which the delivery was delayed. I was further promised that the shipment would be delivered atmost in 2 days. But I did not receive the shipment even after 2 days, hence I had to again call up the customer care on 17th Aug 2015 and also sent an email to their Bengaluru Head Office email id : [protected]@firstflight.net, but did not receive the Card so far. The process of calling up the customer care only to be promised by them that the shipment would be delivered today continued for over a week. Also, email reminders were sent to delivery the shipment asap, but no use. Finally on 21st August, I called up Customer care again and insisted to talk to the Kanapura Branch Office Manager, a conference call was set-up with Sharmila from Kanakpura Branch Office who promised me that the shipment would be delivered before 7 pm on 21st August. On my insistence, she confirmed the same by sending me an email stating the consigment would be delivered today. When I had checked the shipment tracking status on the website : http://firstflight.net:8081/single-web-tracking/singleTracking.do on 21st aug 2015, the last status update was on 12th Aug as "Out For Delivery", but after a week when I checked the status on 31st Aug 2015 the status has been updated as "Delivered" with date as "12th Aug 2015" with Receiver name been as "Company Name & Seal" This is the worst service I have come across, where in I am still struggling to receive my PAN card, but the courier company has wrongly updated the status as delivered though i have logged a Complaint with them [No : 261973] for non receipt of the shipment Best part is when I had checked the PAN delivery status on TINS site : https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.html on 21st August, the status was "Delivery in progress with FFCL", but today even the TINS site has updated the status as "Delivered" on 8th August. I have also contacted the TINS Support via email and informed them about non receipt of PAN card so far. You could see the mismatch in the delivery dates on both the sites, on FFCL site it shows as 12th Aug where as on TINS site it shows as 8th August, where as the reality is I have not received my PAN card so far. It would be of great help, if you could help me to receive the PAN card safely. Thanks, Pavana

To add on, this is the worst customer service I have come across, each time I call up the customer care, I have been promised call back which never happens. Again I need to call them up and wait in the queue for some Customer Care agent to answer the call.

They even drop the calls after answering and taking down the Consigment Number.

Though the consignment is not delivered and Courier Kanapura Office and Head Office Management are aware of the same, still in order to showcase their work productivity they have wrongly updated the status as "Delivered' with receiver been a "Company'. How could they deliver an individual's PAN card to a Company ?

I hope some serious action would be taken and I receive my PAN card safely.

I have applied pan card from https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/ card dispatched through firstflight currier.
after 15 days they have not delivered pan card and show the status delivered.

I tried to call them many times but no is not reachable no response from the firstflight currier not even single call.

NSDL please stop sending pan card from the firstflight look at the no of complain and take and action against him.

I dint receieved my pan card I dont have any status on it.
