Very bad n rude n unhumanly behaviour of the courier guy by the name of sunil of #FirstFlight of their panvel branch. He was very unmannered and snatched the letter from my hand when I said I will not enter by contact no. I had signed the acknoledgement and their list also. Then also he snatched the letter, n said jo karna hai karke. For filing my complained I was redirected to 3 nos.
