First Flight Couriers — service not good and employee behaviour is very bad

Hi team,

My pan card not deliverd on my address and your employe behave reudly on call (Noida 64).

If your company is not capable to deliver on address then why you accept the packages and why are wasting time and money.

Please resolve my problem and share my pan card status with reason that why it got reversed and what reason written on that.

I have shipped the courier from Pune to Banagalore with number m991b6318192. Dropped mail to first flight courier team and tried calling them at customer care number but i didnt got any response .
I dont know where to chase them
