First Flight Couriers — too much late delivery | |||
I have booked the parcel for delivery through first flight on 30th october at nearly 5-6pm. I have asked the delivery date from the employee of the office, they have assured me that it will get delivered by 1st october. I have tracked my parcel on 2nd october through consignment number and found the status as arrived at destination. On 3rd october i got call from home (Kolkata) that the parcel has not been delivered yet. I was shocked to listen but unable to move to first flight office because of late night. On 4th october i rushed to the office and complained about the non-delivery of the article. They (Office employee) try to contact to the kolkata first flight office, but the call was not picked by them. But they have ensured that i have mailed them (Kolkata office) and your article will be dispatched by 6th oct 2017. Today is 6th oct & it is almost finished now. Still parcel has not been dispatched. This is the status of the first flight. I need that the parcel should be reached on its destination at its earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir, I thought that u are a reputed company but people working in your organization doesn't have any sense how can u give chance to such people jux to ruin ur companies name .Not even a single person is responding. Waste service sir hats off for believing in you
