[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — unwillingness to deliver to home consignment contains pan card

I am at recieving end of consignment number - b903z4417474, which contains my pan card. I first located the consignment in balrampur, u. P, pin - 271201 on 5/03/2018, next day when i saw it is not delivered i called balrampur branch of first flight courier and asked why it is not home delivered by that time. I astonished what irresponsible reason they provided, they were saying that there is too much pan card related consignments so we can't home deliver it and asked me to recieve it from office. I asked back that if you are being paid for home deliveries then its your responsibility to deliver it to home and in place doing their work honestly they confronted unprofessionally which i condemned.
At last i suggested them to deliver my consignment to home otherwise i will complain about your behaviour and irresponsibility.
Next day what i saw when i tracked consignment, i felt very disappointed because they have shown the pending reason as address insufficient which was a lie because a day before when he was arguing he mentioned a house which is located at a 50 meter distance from my home in my colony just to show how influential he is and now they are saying address is insufficient, how is this even possible and as a matter of fact in past consignments had been delivered to my home with lesser detailed address, however i called them and explained the address and asked them to deliver it to my home
Now i checked on today[protected] and the irresponsibility goes on they have not delivered it till today and pending reason is the same

THEY RESOLVE IT BY DECIDING TO NOT RESOLVE. I Have complaint about this issue via various platforms, EVEN THEIR REGIONAL HEAD, againt First Flight Courier Services but in response they didn't even mailed a default message or computer response. The customer satisfication means nothing for them. worst courier service with worst customer priority policy
