First Flight Couriers — worst courier service & unethical unprofessional behaviour of employees | |||
My courier was dispatched from lucknow on 06.09.2017 received at the first flight courier office in bhiwadi by 08.09.2017, sent to rewari on 09.09.2017. When on 11.09.2017 i made followup calls they said that the area bawal doesnt comes under their region and dispatched it back to bhiwadi. The people at rewari did not even make a call that we have your parcel if you can collect it from the first flight office. The people at firstflight being least bothered about the consignment delivery rewari people at first flight blaming bhiwadi people and bhiwadi people blaming rewari people. We customers are sufferring unnecessarily on top of that they display this unprofessional and unethical behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |||

My courier was dispatched from Ahmedabad on 08.09.2017 received at the first flight courier office in Hebbal on 09.09.17. When on 11.09.2017 I made followup calls they attend the call only once and 2nd time they do not respond, they disconnect, very very unethical, no customer service at all. It is better they close down instead of troubling the customer mentally. We have planned a training session today and had to cancel it due to unavailability of the kit which is being couriered. Absolutely no responsibility. I have not seen / experienced this kind of a service from any other service provider.
