I had booked 6 baby products on 4th June, 2022 through www.firstcry.com website with Order No: 987520UFP0F0A724 using my Citibank credit card number ending with 6210. 3 baby products were delivered on 5th June, 2022 whereas, the other 3 baby products has not been delivered. The delivery guy had checked-in to my apartment with my approval for the delivery of the product on 7th June, 2022 but the product has not been delivered and the delivery guy has updated the status that the product has been delivered to me. Upon receiving the delivery message, I called the delivery guy on his number: [protected] and told him that the product has not been delivered but received a message that the product was delivered. The delivery guy is claiming that, I was not at home so kept the parcel next to the door. The delivery guy didn't came to my place and he didn't even try to call me for delivery. More over, I was at my home and gave the approval at my apartment gate for the entry of the delivery boy for the delivery of the product. Kindly, resolve the issue as early as possible and help me in getting my refund asap and request you to take a strict action against the delivery boy. Was this information helpful? |
