Firstcry.com — Not delivering me the product

Hi Sir, I had ordered one product online from firstcry on 7th November and the estimated delivery date for the same was 15th November. But till now they are not deliver the product. I can see the status as "Out for delivery" from 17th November till now but not deliver. I already written mails to them but they are not responding to me. I already called them 4 times and each time their executive telling that we will deliver within next 24 hours but that is never happened. So writing here the complaint. Below us the mail of my communication with them [protected][protected]----- Hi No one giving no response. Till now the product has not been delivered which supposed to be delivered by 15th November. I can see the status is showing as out for delivery from 17th November. How come from 17th till 26th it has not been delivered. If you will not resolved this then I will go to consumers complaint. Again called your customers care executive and told this issue and she said that I am escalating this issue to concern team. But no response. What shall I do now? Please do needful.
