Firstcry.com — product requested for return and nobody came to pickup and fristcry deducted the money | |
This mail i wrote to the first cry person on 18 november 2019, as no one came for pickup tll date. I've requested a return request with ID 22881802 & 22880973, reason being " Not satisfied with quality". I've called the customer care immediately post raising the return request asking them to arrange the pickup on Saturday or Sunday as nobody will be available at home. But as informed by them is there is no policy for slot booking for return and i should tell the return pickup person when he calls me to come on the convenient day to me. Also, i informed the first cry representative that this should not go for month and then later you people come back saying you cannot refund the amount and return the product, which she agreed Return Pickup person called me on Monday and i told him to come on Saturday. He told OK and yesterday and day before yesterday, nobody came to collect the package, also no response from them on calling. Now today you logistic person is calling and asking to arrange the pickup on Thursday beyond which he can't hold. I am only available on Saturday and Sunday. Kindly arrange the pickup on the coming Saturday or Sunday. Kindly " DO NOT ASK TO KEEP THE PACKAGE TO NEIGHBOR OR TO SECURITY ", IF SO, THEN IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST THEN FIRST CRY SHOULD TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY, I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE Also i will not be responsible for any payment post the return days are past, as you are not picking up the package in spite of calling and telling both customer care and logistic person to come on Saturday or Sunday and collect. They reverted on 18- november - 2019 saying: This is in reference to your last email received against the products (Babyoye Cotton Woven Dungaree With Tee - Red Blue) and (ToffyHouse 3 Piece Party Suit With Bow Penguin Print - White Blue) from the order number 5533970SN524A6605, as you want the revers pickup of the products on saturday or sunday and the same you had informed to the pickup boy however, he didn't came to collect the products on the given time. As per our telephonic conversation, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that, we do understand your concern however, we do not have time bound reverse pickup service and for the same we can't assure that the products will be picked up on saturday or sunday. However, as per the order we had initiated the reverse pickup against the products on[protected] and within 7-10 days from the date pickup is initiated, the products will be picked up from your shipping address. Hence, we request you to please wait till the given time frame keep the product unused, unwashed along with the original tags, invoice and carton. [protected] But even after 18th also no call or pickup was arranged and they cancelled the return and it was not reflecting in the system. i've been still waiting for them to collect the product and no one is coming yet. Now again if i'm ordering they are cancelling my order and adjusting the refund amount with that amount. This is grossly firstcry mismanagement and irresponsobility of even after following up they are not willing to come and collect and then charge or other orders. Such a irresponsible organisation.
