On 27th jan'2023, i placed two orders on First Cry & after some time they got automatically cancelled & after that my amount got refunded & then again got debited. After this incident when i called first cry to ask about the reason they given me a fake answer that this is system driven debit in your account & after investigation they told me that the order that i placed approximately 2 months back & exchange was done against the same was now informed that the same was a duplicate product that i provided. To check the same i continuously called them & asked to provide photos of the product. After so many follow ups they provided me one photo that is of different product not even brand matched.
When i called first cry and ask how is it logically possible that your return pickup person pickup totally different item as he already delivery exchange product that to having each & every detail of the product that he came to pick up. but as per them its their internal policy they are not able to share facts only they can share is if any of the mistake happened that to be bear by the customer only.
they don't even investigating with they delivery partner.
And after 2 month they suddenly realize that product was not correct.
Kindly get the same checked at your warehouse end as its was not on us we provided correct product to your pickup person.
& also get the amount refunded.
