I had ordered 4 products with order id 10061409so958e8082 on 21 dec 2019. The status of my product shows "delivered" but i have not received my products yet.
I didn't receive any call from the delivery boy either. I have been chasing customer support from last 10 days but have not got any resolution yet.
Request you to either deliver my product or refund my money.

We followed first cry more than 10 days through calls and mails. After that they resolved our issue by refunding our money.

    I had requested for return of a denim jacket pricing 944/- almost a month ago and it was successfully picked up by the courier person.. But has not updated it but had kept it in his office for no reason and i informed the customer care about this giving all the details of that person.. And till date it's been a month now, i have called the customer care asking about this almost 8-10 times.. Everytime i call, they say it takes 72 hours to initiate the refund and till date their 72 hours is not completed.. And inspite of me facing these issues, they have blocked my cod option just because i hadn't returned a product and had used the refund of it.. Whereas these people had deducted that amount already from the previous refund amount.. Just for 335/- they have blocked my cod service.. And i have been calling 8-10 times to initiate my refund of 944/- and for that they don't respond.. What am i supposed do for this? I will call the higher authority and complain about such irresponsible and unprofessional people..

        I have been getting msgs that my order will be delivered by so and so person but again inappropriate delivery msgs are getting to me that i have refused to take the order where as no one called me nethier any one reached my address. When i called the delivery boy he is saying he doesnt have my order.. Kindly resolve it

          I had raised a return request with www.firstcry.com to return a product that i purchased from them online.

          The product got picked up from my home on 14-decemeber-2019.however, first cry has not issued the refund yet.

            I had made an order in firstcry on 17th nov'19 and then cancelled it too for which firstcry should have given me a refund of rs. 1611.90, however first cry claimed of refunding my amount to bank on 22nd nov'19. But till now it has not been reflected in my account. Its been more than15 days for which they have asked me to wait but nothing has been received.

              Today i placed the order online of products at sharp 3 pm and applied the coupon as there was an offer today (First 500 orders free) and my coupon fcte6190552l19s was placed for 100% free scheme. I was asked to make the payment of rs 50 and i made the payment through net banking. The amount got deducted from my account but after some time i got the mail that "your firstcry order no.6910771sp85030955 have been cancelled, since your transaction has been cancelled by the authorising bank". How can they say that the transaction has been cancelled by the authorising bank whereas the amount has been deducted from my account.

                I have purchased a bicycle from firstcry and received with defects and raised the return request on same day (28th nov.). But unfortunately didn't get help for the issue. No pickup executive came to pick up the product nor the respond on call. The customer executive all the time repeated same line"product will be picked up within 48 hrs". Please help.

                  I am getting calls from firstcry delivery person and messages from first cry that I placed order. But I didn't. When I called customer care they are asking me to ignore. I didn't expect this response. I can't receive unwanted calls against some other orders which I didn't place. I want this to be corrected immediately.

                  In spite of sending multiple mails to first cry customer care I didn't get ny updates from first cry. I keep receiving calls from first cry delivery agents. When this problem will be resolved.
                  How come first cry can be like this without responding to the mails. They need to solve this issue

                    Please cancel shipment no. With awb no.[protected] which has been sent by firstcry.com without my consent & knowledge. I do not need the product & never asked them to send me the product. I tried to cancel the product on their website but it says you cant cancel a product when it has been shipped.                       I had ordered from first cry way back and returned a product and they sent the refund
                      Now once again i ordered another product after few tries when finally order got accepted they rejected and from my refund money deducted the amount of first order which i returned and the remaining amount they have kept in firstcry cash account not even sent to my original payment method

                          This mail i wrote to the first cry person on 18 november 2019, as no one came for pickup tll date.

                          I've requested a return request with ID 22881802 & 22880973, reason being " Not satisfied with quality".

                          I've called the customer care immediately post raising the return request asking them to arrange the pickup on Saturday or Sunday as nobody will be available at home. But as informed by them is there is no policy...

                          Hello,
                          I had purchased the moms co natural body butter for my pregnant wife from firstcry on 19/11/2019 which is worth rs.699. My order number is 5798886sa591a4250.

                          We are regular user of this product and we usually buy it from their official website. But due to the non-availability of this product on their website we had to purchase this from firstcry app this time

                          When we received the item, the box quality itself did not seem usual. Also when we opened the box there was no thickness in the cream and it was watery which was unusual.

                          But we were in dilemma and finally my wife applied it on her body at night. The next morning she got incredible rashes and wounds on that pregnancy area which was a very big shock for us. I condemn firstcry for selling us this product. I have attached the images of the product and the affected area on the body. Kindly take the immediate action and stop them from encouraging to sell this kind of products

                            I order two quantity diapers from FirstCry.com. It’s was delay for 20 days. And received only 1 quantity. After lot many times follow up from my end. I had received the product but only 1 quantity. I have called 3 times and I have send mails many times. They have denied the services. I paid for two quantity. I received only 1 quantity after 20 days.

                            No status for delivery status . very delay . first i cancelled the order for late delivery they said it is lost during shipment . in 2nd order already 12 days gone no status for delivery saying plz wait 48 hrs.

                              My brother mohit choudhary sent a gift which we didn't get (Order no 9651324sn[protected]. But as par the status it is delivered.
                              The reason we think is..
                              Around 4-5 months ago, we placed two orders online. The sum for both the things was rs 1150.in the morning the courier boy ashish chauhan came and since i was not fully awake so by mistake i paid the amount i had ready for both the things receiving just one. When i really woke up i called ashish chauhan many times to talk but he didn't pick up my call. I remember the name so well because i tried calling him many times that day. Now, again my delivery was assigned to this boy (I got the message on my phone). This time i didn't even get my thing and the status turned 'delivered'. My brother is trying his end but we both are getting nowhere with this.

                                Placed the order order no 8104529st540a2885/8104529su54534377 but it was cancelled from there end and i didn't get my amount refunded. When i am trying speck with customer care they are telling the amount used on previous cancelled order. I have send multiple mails to them to take the product but they did't came. Now they are illegally playing with us.

                                Hope i can get justice.

                                  As per the trail mail still haven't received my order. Your system is saying delivery has been attempted however this is not truth. Incase it was attempted then my building tower guard would have kept that in any case. Infact i tried to reach delivery guy twice and he never bothered to pick call. Highly sad and disappointed with the service. No solution from your end except for waiting. Now in anycase i will cancel my order and buy from amazon on a lower rate as, my priority was to get on 14th as it was my daughter's bday gift. Today is her bday. And beyond that if i will receive the order then, priority will be money. Thanks for not considering your customer as priority. Your guys are asking to wait for 72hrs which is funny.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I had ordered from first cry 5 items it was showing to deliver on 7th nov in status its showing out for delivery but still i did't receive my order. I tried to contact customer care but 1st number always come busy and 2nd number no one is picking the call. What to do i am helpless i had done the payment also but not received my order. First cry should close their online business if they are not able to manage and at least customer number should be on active mode.
                                    Very worst experience. Please suggest what to do now.
