Firstcry.com — baby carry bag return policy changed after purchase | |||
Sir, I had purchased four baby carrying bags from firstcry.com with intentions to keep one and return the rest. This i did because company at that time had 30 days return and refund policy on 26 november. After 14 days on 10th december when i tried to make the return, i was shocked to see that the return policy had been changed to 7 days instead of the earlier 30 days, making my product ineligible for return! I am now struck with financial burden due to the company's wrong doing. My products had specific policy at time of purchase which i am entitled exercise and they liable to comply to and the company should respect that and refund my money for the products i intend to return to them.
