Firstcry.com — delivered faulty product and asking us to pay for shipping back | |
We ordered a cradle online from first cry and when the technician came to assemble, it was damaged. Now they are asking us to take the pics of damaged products and share it and also asking us to courier back the cradle paying 1500rs extra ourselves and company is paying us 100rs for shipping. We lost 6000rs on cradle and now 1500rs for shipping. Firstcry customer service is really bad Was this information helpful? | |
