Firstcry.com — i placed a order one week before. i ordered a baby shoe pair that was defective

Ur product quality is very bad... First time dealing with u and u guys send us a defective piece. Plz exchange it otherwise return my money back as soon as possible. I placed order from the original knit company for my 0 to 3 month baby that was baby shoe and the pair of shoe was defective. Both of them... Plz replace it otherwise i file a complaint against ur company...
