I purchased a baby rocker from first cry store and next day the handle in which toys were hanged that damages badly because of not good quality..
I went to store next day for complaining and they said that handle will be replaced.. They will order another from company... It’s been 2.5 months but they are not responding & resolving that issue.. They are just making us fool from long time.. That baby rocker cost near about 6.5 thousand... When my baby was 3 months old we purchased that baby rocker.. My baby is now 5.5 months old.. What would i do with that baby rocker.. My baby is not comfortable on that as she is now 5.5 months old... I went to store yesterday still they were making us fool & saying we placed order but company is not sending that handle.. I told them yesterday that i must complaint a report in the company directly & they were ok for that even.. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.. If any customer needs a purchasing that much costly product from your store then that is your duty to take care about every query of customer.. My purchased contact number is [protected]...
