While placing the order there was an error in payment gateway and the order got cancelled. On speaking to the bank (Hdfc) from which the amount got deducted they directed me to merchant as it is a payment gateway issue. The merchant has denied taking any accountability on the resolution and has informed me that i have to solve it myself.
This company has no ethics whatsoever and doesnot care about its customers. Request you to take this matter up on priority

Dear Sir,

Please cancel my order 5426525ROG711D575. Because i already selected this product earlier. I have little bit confusion on that time, that my product is selected or not. This is my first time that i have order. So please I request to cancel my order.
