Firstcry.com — pay extra for firstcry mistake

How does it feel when you have to pay extra for somebody else mistake and same thing happened with me when i had to pay 500rs extra for the returned order for which there was part missing. This is called customer service in today's world
This was about order 5282420rxn03c8231 for baby mastela swing
And now when i wanted to reorder with refund amount i had to pay 500rs extra for no mistake of mine
