Firstcry.com — Product not delivered to me | |||||
I had placed an order on 31st August 2016 at 10.07pm with order no: 2446779PWX4028600. with 4 items in this oreder. I had never received any item till date. Money of two of the items had been refunded to me but The MEE MILD BABY SHAMPOO and the BABY GENIUS AUDIO CD which had been mentioned as delivered in the status, was never delivered to me. I had called the company and also written to them about this issue but till date they have not replied to my complaint. I am bringing this to you for your kind and necessary action. It may be mentioned here that the product was supposed to be shipped by Aramex Couriers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
