Firstcry.com — refund of product returned/picked up 15 days back | |||||
Firstcry.com really bad customer service and pathetic refund experience for my order# 329389qw81132123 & 329389qx852ac271. Over 15 days, the product has been picked up from mumbai, and as per firstcry.com it has not reached their warehouse yet, which is located in pune. They are waiting for the product to reach the warehouse so that the refund can be processed. Firstly, i am not using your product, i don't have it with me, it is with your courier, and you are holding my refund, cos it did not reach your warehouse yet. What kind of ridiculous policy is this. I am shopping from your website from past 1 and half years, but you have no respect for your long term and loyal customers, no proper response on email. Very sad state, anyways i have already found an alternative and wouldn't come back to your website again for shopping. Try to retain your customer's, else they have multiple alternatives outside of firstcry.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
