FirstSource Solutions — not received pf

Hi my name is manjula rahman. I joined firstsource (Vodafone) on 28/10/2014 & i left on 2/10/15. My emp i'd was 696157. I was in siliguri prepaid department & my team leader was tez bahadur chetry. I got my release letter & thereafter i filled the form & i got assurance from the company that i will get the pf amount within 45 days. But i haven't received any alert or any thing regarding this. I went to office 2nd time & they told me that due to some technical issue my first pf for was cancelled & i have to fill up it again i did the same but i didn't receive any money now the company has been closed in siliguri & there is no one to help me
