I have taken membership for 4+2 scheme, where i have to pay to 4 month and balance 2 months was free, but they have charged me for all 6 months.
In starting of 7th month was also charged.
I raised dispute with my bank for all 3 payments, fitness first people told me to make cash payment for 7th month and all 3 transaction will be reversed to me by bank as they will not dispute those.
I made cash payment for same for current (7th month) but till date these 3 transaction fitness first got credit as they disputed it with american express.
Till date i have not got credit for the same, and harassed by fitness first by mr jitesh kumar sr account executive.
I have taken him on con call with american express, they also confirm that fitness first got credit for the payment of same, but still they are not ready and harassing me in getting access to gym for payment made till october as it was not reversed to me
