We have purchased tread mill of fitness world. Their customer service team is really pathetic .one of the service person came n took INR 1200 AS service charge and said PCB will change in INR 7500.WE agreed then he said it is not available in stocks. After one month we again approach to customer care then they said PCB Cost INR 14500...This is really making fools to the customers....

I have purchased a gym combo of 30kg and a flat bench on 07JAN2022.

I have purchased one Thread Mill BSA WORKOUTS. Model No. T-330, with Bill No. 1742 dt.[protected].
I noticed that the Thread Mill developed once problem since it did not work properly. I registered a complaint through phone during 2019.
One Technician by name Mr. Rajesh whose Mobile No.is [protected] inspected the Tread Mill during August 2019. He dismantled the Thread Mill completely and said that there was some Technical problem....

I am using a z6 model of fitness world for the last 4 yrs approx. My trademill motor was doing some issue in running so the company person came and changed the motor as it was in guarantee period but that guy has installed a 1.25 power motor instead of 2.5 power.
