Fitness World — FITNESS WORLD neither delivered my order 12351 nor returned my money. | |||||
I ordered 40 Kg Branded Home Gym Package New Designed Weight Plates model 99001on 12/11/2016and paid full value Rupees 4999 of having order number 12351 from www.fitnessworld.in.After so many unanswered followups got email on 25/11/2016 that my order has been shipped through Fedex awb#[protected]. Till writing of this complaint I didn't get the order or any more communication from fitness world despite my several email messages to them. Upon checking the Fedex tracking, it is same information that Label Created on 24/11/2016...no improvement since that date!!! I request either to deliver the order or payback my money to my account...Please help me out to get parcel or money back which i paid via online internet banking...
