Fitness World — fraud in replacement of motor

I am using a z6 model of fitness world for the last 4 yrs approx. My trademill motor was doing some issue in running so the company person came and changed the motor as it was in guarantee period but that guy has installed a 1.25 power motor instead of 2.5 power. This company is a big fraud in customer service. I will sue these guys every where. Poor service
