Hi,

I ordered a 4in1 treadmill on fitnessworld.in jalandhar based company selling fitness product online.

order placed on 17/10/2015.

mail received with fedex docket no.on 22nd

after 12 days product not delivered so i called company customer care & office no.but there is no response & over email also no reply received.

fedex confirm that no shipment booked in provided docket no.& give me a mobile no.of mr.nitin [protected] of fitness world team.

but he is also not pick the phone.
i also send sms on mobile nos.
