While making online payment for 4th month package which i wanted to avail for booking sessions, i was not allowed to make payment until i chose subscription option. Next month subscription got renewed without any notification (Neither before nor after). Subsequent for month of january 2020 i wrote an e-mail to this company to cancel this subscription,. I made calls to customer care but response i got was that i need to pay 800/- to cancel subscription worth rs. 1000/-. This is literally a forced payment because while taking initial month plan there was no notification regarding cancellation charges, which i did prior to next month. Every month 1000/- are deducted and this company is not taking any action against it. I am seriously short of money these days due to my personal reasons.
Nothing is mentioned in terms & conditions even. Along with me i know 3 other people who are facing the same issue. Request you to help me with this as soon as possible Was this information helpful? |
