Fitternity — fitternity membership

I had purchased a sessions pack from fitternity. However after reaching the studio, i was told that the session was cancelled. This has happened three times. Everytime fitternity provides some fake re-assurance that this won't happen again. They refuse to refund the money. Their customer service is terrible. It has been a complete waste of time and money. They are fraudsters.
