I had ordered a flower delivery on 22 of sept 2019 but they failed to do so by sending a mail as they were ashamed to deliver the flowers. I had initiated for a refund on 27th of september and they mailed me that the refund will happen in 7 working days. It's been more than 15 working days and the refund is not yet happened. I am not getting any revert from the customer care thru mail. Neither they revert nor they do not have a customer. Er care number to contact. I request you to urgently interfere in this matter as i have lost rs.848/- and no response from this pathetic company. Was this information helpful? |
