I have order a Birth day Bouquet and was shown 999RS as final price and commited to be delivered between 4Pm to 8 PM 19th Dec. i got a call at 7 Pm asking for extra payment of 200 RS due to city limits. after the payment i was told this will be delivered by dec 20th in mornign time .. later i was informed in a mail tht it will be delivered by 3pm and now they are saying 8pm. where is the Customer Satisfication here . why customer is asked for extra charges in the last minute. asper flaberry http://www.flaberry.com/faq Is the delivery cost extra? No all the prices shown on the site are inclusive of the delivery charges and taxes. The price you see is the final price you pay. What if I need to get the delivery made on the same day but its past 1400 Hrs IST.
