I had placed an order and paid for it using debit card for a bouquet to be delivered on 14th february to iit bihta patna. It wasn't delivered and on 15th i got a mail that flower delivery is not possible to that location. Now my order is prepaid and hasn't been delivered. The support has stopped responding to my queries. I need a response! I have the receipt in my mail if it is required. The order number is[protected]

I had ordered a flower bouquet, cake and card for my fiance on date 26.02.2018, item has not been delivered, on tracking my order no[protected]
they are showing refunded, but i have not received my money till date.no customer care support available.Please do something to get my money back.
