This site is all sham - They have a website loaded with bugs... they are horrible with customer service &communications.
it all started on that day I don't know why on earth only did I have to think of this pathetic site for flowers & cake delivery for my husband on Valentines day - So I placed an order for Valentines day(Flowers & a Cake) & nothing got delivered, so I called their customer service asking what happened- Their explanation - I ordered after the cut off time, hence no delivery. Fine, fair enough- but if I was ordering after the cut of time then why on earth did their site allow me to make a payment - now that the payment is made - isn't it their responsibility to contact the customer, inform & process Refund even before I asked. Either ways, I called asked for a refund, its 11th May 2015 & I still didn't get any refund. Sent multiple mails, multiple calls but still no refund and no RESPONSE. Apart from that, their excuses are lame, and they treat the customer with no respect. Absolutely No Respect. They don't understand its not bout the money, it's bout the principle and that occasion.
